MIND is............

MIND is..........the/that observed phenomena going on and/or occurring withinside one's own individual brain.

As this song-skit[godz - the mind]reflects, "the mind" is a very busy place..........AND, 

 FIRST./ As such, requires orientation, focus, direction, controls ! 

A./   The system I've used [with some success] is a system I call......
the 1, 2, 3, 4, system. It was employed with the creation of this very blog ~ 

1./   It all starts with a subject -or- notion -or- idea.........
then,
2./ development thereof..........the  1, 2, 3, 4, system.

    a./   most  subjects -or- notions -or- ideas.........come with their background already present and intact (i.e. stem from things your already versed and familiar with); all you need to do is sit down, focus, capture your thoughts and/or trains of thought, notate them i.e. write them down to conceived of them.

    b./   e.g. this blog began with a realization I've had recently regarding what MIND is.......i.e. with the notion that MIND is and/or consists in whatever your "minding" at any one given moment. Then, a few days toying around with it and how to best go about conceiving of this topic, subject, notion.

the  1, 2, 3, 4, system of developing an idea which will result in conceiving the orientation necessary to conceive and comprehend it, simply by bringing and putting things together in order one thing at a time; one step at a time, until it manifests more fully as you work with it. Thus,

SECOND./   As with any worthwhile work of art, with time, patience and concerted effort you can turn the noise into something beautiful.
